The Commemorative Medallion is a beautiful keepsake.  The photographs I took of mine don't do it justice. In my photos the coin looks gold in color, but in reality it is a brilliant silver.  It is .999 pure silver, and is displayed in a lovely, velvet lined box.  The photograph on the right shows the back side of the medallion.
