| The photo below was submitted by Shirley Coker and her
daughter Jamie Hubbert. Shirley knew that it was a group picture
from Ozark School in Barry County near the Stone/Barry County border. After
a good bit of investigation they found that the photo was taken in 1911.
They also discovered the names of the students pictured including: Back
row, from left: Iva Allmon, Lucy Hilton, Milford Mullen, and Clara
Hilton. Front row, from left: Otis Mullen, Clara Brechbuhler, Leann McIntyre,
Tillie Allmon, and Susie Hilton.
The people in the picture may be related. Shirley and Jamie think that Iva and Tillie may have been cousins. If you have information about the Ozark School or the people in the photograph please email Jamie Hubbert. |
