Norma (Foster) Cox has identified this photo as the James Marion and Julia Ann (Blankinship) Foster family. "The tallest boy is my grandfather, Henry Clevenger Foster.  I think the other two boys are Charles and Perry (Charles being the older of the two).  Their next three children were daughters, Cora, Sarah and Mary Elva.
