When Judy saw the picture on the Stone County web site she copied and sent it to her Aunt Leva who was delighted to see it.  

The six Carney children of John Jasper and Mary Emily (Mae) (Reynolds) Carney were orphaned in 1918 when both parents died during the flu epidemic.

Leva never knew  what happened to the family pictures and mementos after their deaths.
