CARNEY CHILDREN From left: Clurie Otis Carney, Charles Carney, Sarah M. Carr, and Oma Needham.  Charles Henry Carney was the father of the people in the photo. Charles was born November 28, 1866, died August 6, 1937 He was the son of  Burton Carney and Telitha (Henson) Carney.  Charles married Sarah Melissa Carr, born June 24, 1866, died March 29, 1948. She was the daughter of  Dewitt Clinton Carr and Ailcy Jane (Wooley) Carr.  Their son, Orie Luther Carr was born March 9, 1890, died April 13, 1972. He married Blanch Clark.  Charles' daughter, Oma C. Carney was born June 24, 1897, died February 8, 1975. She married John Herbert Needham. Another son of Charles and Sarah, Clurie Otis Carney was born September 18, 1891, died June 6, 1952.
