According to Terry Tindall "The power house was on the Powersite Dam, built about 1913. Standing far left is my grandfather, David William Wilson who was a foreman on the dam.  He was called "Rip Snortin' Red".  In the far background, you can see part of Camp Ozark, a camp set up for the workers and their families.  My grandmother, Rosa Wilson lived there."
