MARY A. "MOLLIE" GOLD

Mary A. "Mollie" Gold was born near Boaz, MO, to William and Sarah Gold, in 1858. They moved several miles south to Stone County in 1866. Mollie married Hugh T. Jackson in 1879 in Newton County, MO. They had one son, William A. Jackson. Hugh T. Jackson died or disappeared around 1886. Mollie second married Isaac Benton Rapp in 1892, they had three children. She died in January, 1902, and is buried in the Gold cemetery, east of Bradfield and northwest of Hurley, on the Old Wire Road. (Photo courtesy of Paul Jackson)
