This photo of the Nancy Hilton Ellis family was taken at
her home which was located on D Highway between Crane and Scholten, around
1910. Nancy was the daughter of John W. Hilton of near Crane, and she was
the widow of James H. Ellis. People identified include front row, first
from left is Francis E. Wilson and fourth from left is Lola Jane Ellis
Wilson (Mrs. Francis E. Wilson), and next to her is Audie Ellis Williams
(Mrs. Arlie Williams). Second from the right in the same front row is Raymond
Ellis. In the second row, from the left, are third Alvin Ellis, fifth J.W.
(Bud) Ellis, sixth Ida Belle Scott Ellis holding Bessie Ellis Wiley (Mrs.
Bill Wiley), seventh Isaac Ellis, ninth Alfred Ellis, tenth Nancy Jane
Hilton Ellis, and thirteenth Jeremiah B. Ellis, her brother-in-law. In
the third row, from left, tenth person is Helen Wilson Hilton (Mrs. Vernon
Hilton) and fourth from the right in that same row is Mae Ellis Johnson
(Mrs. Herb Johnson). In the fourth row, from the left, the fourteenth person
is Stephen F. Wilson, fourteenth is his wife Thula Hilton Wilson holding
Fleda Wilson Bowling (Mrs. Lloyd Bowling). This family group includes Nancy
Ellis' children, grandchildren, siblings, and in-laws. I would welcome
