According to Clymina Mitchell's (she died February, 2003) notes on the back of this old tintype these people are her Gr-Great Grandparents - Jonathan D. White and Elizabeth Ann (Estes) White. 

They were the parents of Margaret Caroline White the first wife of Tully Mitchell.
