Tully was born March 4, 1851, and died August 24, 1925 in Mountainview, Arkansas. Mary Ellen born January 4, 1860 in Stone County, Missouri, and died February 9, 1908 in Stone County, Missouri. Tully and Mary Ellen had one daughter: Alta Lou Gracey. Tully and his first wife, Margaret Caroline (White) Mitchell
had five children including: Permelia L.; George W.; Susie;
