Maggie (Coffee) Wilson was born 8 November 1887 in Stone County, Missouri.

Her mother died shortly after her birth, and Maggie was raised in the home of Timothy O. and Martha (Fugitt) Caviner. 

She was married on 24 April 1906 to James Frank Wilson, son of William Henry and Lucinda (Holderby) Wilson. 

After the death of her first husband, Maggie married Markham Wilson, son of John W. and Ruthy (Maples) Wilson.
